    At first this massager was super uncomfortable, because my muscles were so tight. The pinch is a little strong, I do wish it had a lower setting. I was thinking of returning it, but then I used it a few more times, and really noticed the difference. My shoulder muscles are way more relaxed. I personally feel like this is more of a shoulder massager, than a neck massager. I did decide to keep it because it does work well on the shoulders once you get used to the pressure.

    This was my first shot at buying a neck massager and 2 years of neck pain that won’t go away… ( because of how I sleep) this works pretty good for 1 positions . But warning if you have a thick neck this is not for you, the side are very close together and if your neck is sensitive like mine this kinda pinched the nerves idk … I order another one and I’m hoping I like that better, you can’t really move this up and down your back and idk just not hitting my spots .. but for the one position is does work in it’s pretty good.. but not great

    This product is amazing. I have used it everyday since I purchased it. The pressure is perfect. The battery life last long and is so easy to charge when it runs out. The heat feature is the perfect temp and I can feel it through my shirt without it being too hot. It is so easy to attach and it provides a perfect amount of time and pressure to relax tight muscles after a long day of looking at a computer.

    My work requires me to spend the entire day in front of a computer and I frequently wake up with an extremely stiff neck. I used to schedule massage appointments every now and then, but it was usually difficult to find a nice time slot, plus it is quite costly. This product turned out to be a great alternative. I can testify that it actually helps my neck muscles become less stiff and relaxed, and is quite simple to use. Given that it is a massage device, it probably won't be able to completely replace a masseuse, but it surely helped with my sore neck, shoulders and lower back
